I had a level 3 survey done as I felt I needed a thorough check up of the property I was buying as it was Grade 2 listed and an old building.
The survey was done on the day as planned and I was sent the report very quickly.
I was extremely impressed with the depth he went into on the survey and all I can say is this was 100% worth it and important when making a purchase of this size.
