RICS Level 2 Home Survey

  • Properties built after 1950
  • In reasonable condition
  • Not heavily extended

RICS Level 3 Home Survey (Full Building Survey)

Choose this level of survey if the property meets any of the criteria below.

  • Properties built before 1950
  • In poor condition
  • Large and/or heavily extended
  • Non-standard construction or complex(e.g Grade II listed)

This quote provided maybe subject to change, and we will contact you if the level of survey chosen is not deemed appropriate for your property.

If you are happy with the quote, please complete the booking form and we will arrange access (via the estate agent) and contact you with a date for the survey (this happens typically within 24 hours).

NB. The following types of property incur additional fees (below) and must be a level 3 Survey only:

  • Historic timber framed properties £150
  • Thatched £100
  • Grade II Listed £100

If the property meets all 3 of the criteria, the maximum charge will be £250.
